Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to joinExdera. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects in a development and design environment.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders involved to determine and document the Scope of the project.
• Plan and execute project objectives by defining the scope and ensuring on-time delivery within the set budget.
• Track project plans to ensure milestones are met on a consistent basis.
• Work closely with the client POC, clients, and the internal project team ensuring an effective exchange of information so that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Define weekly tasks and resource requirements and manage designers’/developers’ schedules for utilization.
• Draft proposals for existing clients (addendum or additional scope) and new clients (RFPs).
• Work closely with the management team to improve existing processes. Provide support to Business Development efforts and build long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Communicate project status with management, team members, and other stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Manage changes to the scope, schedule, costs, and timelines for the project.
• Manage feedback, inputs and approval flow for design and development reviews.
• Be responsible for reporting to the management of the health and profitability of the project.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Project Management or Client Servicing
• Prior Project Management experience or recent certification
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to organize and maintain file structures for project deliverables
• To be a People person and an effective communication.
