Control One needed an end-to-end digital experience for its physical AI agents, One AI OS, and command station that could make a deep-tech product feel clear, usable, and enterprise-ready.

Problem Analysis
Control One’s offering brings together AI agents, operating systems, fleet orchestration, semantic perception, Vision-to-Action intelligence, and command interfaces, making the overall value proposition highly technical and difficult to communicate without strong structure.
The platform needed an experience model that could simplify how operators understand tasks, agents, monitoring, and control inside a real-time autonomous operations environment.
The website also had to explain that Control One is not just a robotics company, but a unified intelligence platform for embodied AI systems operating in the real world.

Solution
We designed the AI platform as a centralized intelligence experience that supports agent oversight, task assignment, real-time monitoring, and scalable command workflows.
We created a clearer information architecture to organize complex concepts like shared autonomy, federated orchestration, semantic perception, and multimodal intelligence into a more understandable product story.
We designed the website to present Control One as a future-facing AI robotics brand, aligning the visual system and messaging with its positioning around safety, productivity, and autonomous operations.

Our Approach & Creations
We reworked the Qik Office product experience end to end, combining UX analysis, UI refinement, feature restructuring, performance optimization, and stronger system design to deliver a more intuitive, responsive, and scalable application.
UX Analysis
Experience journeys of both the user personas are evaluated with previous app and desired app features using stakeholder interview methodology.
Visual Designs
We developed a visual language that feels futuristic, industrial, and intelligent, matching Control One’s positioning as a builder of autonomous cognitive systems and physical AI agents. The design direction focused on clarity, high-tech credibility, and better hierarchy so complex robotics concepts could be understood through cleaner layouts, stronger storytelling, and a more structured interface system.
